Exchanges (store credit)
We hope you love your purchase but if not please feel free to contact us with any concerns you might have by emailing kim@thehippiefish.com within 15 days of your purchase.
Used, damaged, or soiled goods or items without tags and original packaging are not eligible for exchanges.
All SALE/CLEARANCE items, health and personal care items, jewelry, shoes, bras, sunglasses, headbands, hair bows, hats, swimwear, belts and gift cards are all final sales.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
- send your package back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice; we suggest that you send items back using UPS, USPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. Please note your tracking number from your label. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 1-5 business days.
You are responsible for the return shipping and handling of the returned item.
Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Merchandise May be returned for store credit only within 15 days of the day your package was shipped
